✅ Exchanges

You may request a exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you can choose another product or opt for store credit, store credit will be valid for lifetime.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method
🚫 Non-Exchangeble Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
Damage / Defective Items Exhchange / Replacement will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for sending the item back, unless the error was ours (wrong/defective product).

For exchanges, M R Jaipur will cover the cost of reshipping the new item once the original is received.
